My tools have been a steno-pad and a pencil.

 
Afterwards, the ideas and notes are translated into workflows, project time-lines, training materials, and electronic layouts in QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and office software.

I have multi-tasked in a variety of roles with multiple clients and
project sizes.
